London enjoys a reputation as one of the most visited holiday destinations, a blend of classical architecture and unparalleled urban beauty. This personalised photography break gives you the opportunity to create your own piece of iconography, whilst enjoying all the delights of the city, in 5-star surroundings. Over the course of this two day break, you will learn all the essentials of photographing this vibrant city; as well as having the chance to enjoy some of London's finest hospitality and gastronomy.

We have crafted this package to give you the opportunity to capture some of the best areas in London. To give a unique local insight, arrangements will be made for you to enjoy a private three-hour lesson with a professional based in the city. This will give you the opportunity to view the city through the eyes of a professional photographer whilst getting individual hands on guidance to improve your technique. This service will be provided by 36exp Photography, one of London's leading professional photography training suppliers.

Professional photographers who lead courses include the founder, Andrew Mason, an acclaimed portrait, travel and street photographer, the internationally acclaimed Rossella Vanon, PPOTY Professional Photographer of the Year, and the immensely experienced photographer and photography writer, Shaun Hines, who has been featured in publications such as Playground Mag and The Urban Times. You will have the chance to work with expert instruction on composition, creative aperture, shutter speeds and camera handling giving you the chance to refine, develop and extend your photography skills.

The outdoor photography masterclass is open to participants of all abilities, whether you are a newcomer looking to learn the basics, or a more advanced photographer hoping to hone in on the perfect shot. The session is fully customisable, depending on which area of outdoor photography interests you most; with example specialisms including architectural photography, street photography (graffiti or night), or nature photography. If you have your own digital SLR camera, please do take this to the workshop. If not, simply let us know and we will be able to make arrangements for you.

Whilst visiting London, it is only right to enjoy some of the picture-perfect gastronomy the city is famous for. We will book you in for dinner at The Square, where you can revel in the assured two Michelin star cuisine of their delightful tasting menu, a vivacious combination of striking yet matching flavours.

Since opening in 1991, The Square has become one of London's iconic restaurants, through its delivery of consistently outstanding food and warm, yet professional, hospitality. As a result, there are few awards that the restaurant and its chef have not won. The tasting menu spans nine courses of stunning French cuisine, including mouthwatering dishes such as slow cooked ox cheek with chargrilled tongue; making for a truly special evening.

For the duration of your stay, you'll be staying in a 5-star hotel in central London. The exact hotel depends on dates, but rest assured it will always be in a prime central London location, allowing for easy access to all the most famous landmarks and laden with the most luxurious amenities. We will also provide you with a personalised itinerary for your trip, which will include all the dates, times, and locations you need, as well as our definitive guide to capturing this picturesque city through a lens.

This experience is valid for booking within 6 months from the date of issue, with travel dates within 12 months of booking.

All bookings are subject to availability. We advise booking at least 6 weeks in advance to guarantee the desired date and time.

Note that once a booking has been made, it is non-amendable.

Hotel: The exact hotel will depend on your dates of travel. We guarantee the star rating of the hotel (5 stars) and that each hotel will have a Guest Rating of at least 4 out of 5, as rated on TripAdvisor, Expedia, or Hotels.com. Additional hotel nights can be priced upon request.

Outdoor Photography Class: Your bespoke outdoor photography experience includes 3 hours of private and personalised expert tuition. The location of your lesson will be provided to you based upon your choice of genre. Let us know your preferred genre of photography at the time of booking. Genres include: nature, architectural, street (graffiti) and street (night). Other genres may be available on request (not guaranteed). In the event of poor weather, clients will be permitted to reschedule bookings or we can refund you for this part of the trip.

Restaurant: Your dinner at The Square includes the 9 course tasting menu for two people. Drinks (e.g. matching wines) and other extras are not included with menu; any additional products or services consumed can simply be paid for on site. Service charge has also been included.
